DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE


We all know how fruits help to rebuilt our body. A healthy strawberry banana smoothie is one of the most delicious and nutritious summer drink you have ever tasted. This healthy fruit smoothie is loaded with vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients and enzymes that you have in whole food . Banana is rich in potassium and strawberry rich in vitamin C. INGREDIENTS:


Strawberry    1 cup sliced
Ripe banana 1 sliced
Strawberry yoghurt 3/4 cup
Ice cubes 1 cup
Salt one small pinch
Sugar according to choice (optional)
Cream 1 table spoon for each glass (optional)


PROCEDURE:
Take strawberries, banana, salt, sugar, ice cube in a blender. Process all the ingredients until smooth. If its too thick then you can add little water or milk. Blend well and your delicious strawberry banana smoothie is ready to sip. If you want your strawberry banana smoothie to be extra smooth mix a table spoon of cream in each glass. Garnish with strawberry slices.Your super yummy delicious smoothie is ready to serve.
