SPINACH SANDWICH





INGREDIENT:
Spinach paste - 1 small bowl.
Green chilly paste -1/2 tsp
Black pepper-1/4 tsp
Boiled potato- 2 small size, mashed
Ginger garlic paste- ½ tsp
Tomato puree- 2tbsp
Salt-according to taste
Refined oil- 2 &1/2tbsp

Procedure:
Heat oil and now give the ginger garlic paste ,green chilly paste .Stir the mixture and now add the spinach paste stir it well .Add black pepper powder, tomato puree, mashed potato and salt. Cook for 3 min. Remove it from heat.
Spread butter on the bread slices put the stuffing inside. Relish it with finely chopped cucumber and tomato salad.

PRAWN SANDWICH





Ingredient:
Small prawn -100grms (devein them & wash them well)
Tomato sauce- 1tbsp
Chilly sauce-1tsp
Soya sauce-1tsp
Black pepper- a pinch.
Vinegar- 1/4 tsp
Sesame oil- 3tbsp
Salt – according to taste

Procedure:
Boil water with a pinch of salt and put the washed prawn in it. Cook till done. Drain off the water and keep the prawn aside. Mix the tomato sauce, chilly
sauce, soya sauce, black pepper, salt, vinegar in small bowl. Now heat 1tbsp of sesame oil put into it the sauce mixture. Stir and then put the prawn in it. Stir this for ½ min. Now put the stuffing in between the bread slices then shallow fry in sesame oil.

TOMATO SANDWICH



Ingredient:

Tomatoes - 3 to 4
Green chilly- 1
Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Salad oil- 1tbsp
Vinegar- 9 to 10 drops
Salt- according to taste.


Procedure:

Boil the tomatoes for 5 min. Then remove the skin.
Now take a bowl put into it finely chopped green
chilly,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, then add the
boil tomatoes mash them and now add salt, salad
oil, vinegar. Mix them well.
Now take two bread slices spread butter evenly on them and put the tomato mixture in between and your tomato sandwich is ready to serve.

POTATO SANDWICH




INGREDIeNT:
Potatoes-2 to 3
Green chilly- 2
Black pepper- 1tsp
Mustard powder-2&1/2 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves-3tbsp (finely chopped)

Onion-1 medium size (finely chopped)

Lemon juice-1 tsp
Salt- according to taste.
Butter- 100grm
Garlic paste-1/2 tsp

Procedure:
Boil the potato and remove the skin. Finely grate the potato now mix the entire above ingredients except butter and garlic paste. Mix the garlic paste
with the butter and spread evenly on the bread slices and put the potato stuffing inside. It is ready to eat.
